    I had a very good experience at Garret and Boyd Orthodontics. Everyone was very friendly. I really appreciated Dr. Boyd's help in choosing a retainer, because he tried to help me make the best and most cost effective decision, not trying to sell me more treatment I didn't need. They also made the appointment very quick, which I appreciated!

    There is no measure of the level of gratitude we have for EVERYONE at Garrett and Boyd Orthodontics. If I could give them 10 stars I would! After my son had been with another orthodontist for nearly 3 years, my gut told me something wasn’t right with the care he was receiving. Dr. Boyd was so kind to see my son and thank goodness because no telling what permanent damage my son would have received if we stayed with the previous orthodontist. Dr. Boyd coordinated all my son’s care for the next year with the best dentist and specialists. He didn’t HAVE to do that, but he chose to because that is how everyone in the office are- good people. We KNEW my son was in good hands and without them, I really don’t know where we would be right now. My son’s prom is in less than 2 weeks, but it did not appear we were going to be able to have everything completed in time for it and he was obviously disappointed. However, knowing how much my son wanted a full smile for it, they again coordinated services with a separate dentist and rearranged schedules so they could make it happen. We are forever grateful for Dr. Boyd and the entire staff for their great expertise, their empathy, and overall concern and care for my son!

    Very professional. Very careful with Covid safety.When we arrive, we text to let them know we are there. Within a minute or two they text to let us know to come in for the visit. When it is over, they call to tell how the visit went and what the next step will be with the treatment.

    Been to the Rosenberg office a couple of times (which is the newest office) and to the Sugarland one as well. The staff has always been friendly, kind and make you feel extremely comfortable. The doc is great as well.. very detailed in the plan he has as to give you the best result. Would defiantly recommend.

    Both of my girls got braces here, one right behind the other.. so for 5 years we've been in and out of both sugar land and rosenberg offices and i only have one regret...i dont have any other kids to bring here ....these people are awesome! We have never left without a smile thanks to everyone who makes Garrett and Boyd's number one for everyone

    So following an extra year in braces I could not be more satisfied. Garrett and Boyd have been very responsive to my needs and just very professional from the start to the last visit. The followup and concern is more than I expected. Currently I have a retainer and they have made a few adjustments, keeping me informed every step of the way.     Had an adjustment need on a retainer. Got an appointment same day I called. Dr. Boyd is just Great. I'm sure the other Dr. is too, we were set up initially with Dr. Boyd and went through the entire braces process with him.Staff are incredibly kind and competent. You couldn't go wrong here.

    Everyone from the receptionist to the Invisalign assistants are very nice and helpful! My appointments are always on time, And I’m also always in and out! I HAD extremely crowded teeth. They were corrected into a perfectly straight smile I couldn’t be happier with in only 14 months by Dr. Boyd. He sure is the best at moving teeth👍🏼

    Talk about a "WOW" experience! My granddaughter was in a desperate position with her long over due braces.     We've been worried since very early on that our adopted daughter had major issues because of an obvious underbite. Our dentist referred us to Dr. Garrett. There was no charge for her consultation - or the full head x-rays, and they even did a minor procedure to eliminate the "locking" of her bite, and set a return in 6 months. SO professional, such beautiful offices, and such outstanding employees....and Dr. Garrett - amazing. The charge? Nothing. This is how you build a great reputation! Totally happy and look forward to an on-going relationship. I wish more people realized the importance of treating people like this. Thank you all!

    My entire 28 month journey has been great. Dr. Garrett and Boyd love their job and it shows in the way their staff treats their customers. These guys are the pinnacle in orthodontics.

I could not find a fault in your practice if I tried your office is spotless and has the newest equipment, I have never had to wait for an appointment, and every patient I meet at your facilities is happy.     I have been seeing Dr. Garrett and his staff for extensive orthodontic work for the last 2 years. I was referred to Dr. Garrett for significant pain in my left jaw joint resulting in headaches, neck and shoulder pain. It was so bad I couldn't even sleep on my left side. Dr. Garrett explained to me how my bite was causing the issues with my TMJ. He has been doing this a long time and knows his stuff! Before we could start orthodontics he had to make a very large custom splint for my open bite (for which I'm sure holds a Guinness world record of some sort) just to get my jaw stable enough to start treatment. I have since moved on to braces, tooth extractions and soon corrective jaw surgery. Dr. Garrett, Dr. Boyd and the exceptional staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I LOVE them so much that I will be making the 3 hr drive for my appointments with them after I move out of the Houston area in a couple of months. Trust me, it is well worth the drive! I cannot recommend them enough!

    Dr. Garrett and Dr. Boyd are great orthodontist! They both always like to look at the patient as an individual and make the treatment to fit the patients needs. The staff is super friendly and very informative! The office location is great, I can take my child for their visit and get some shopping done while I wait. It is just a great place to go and they always make you feel right at home.

    We started going to see Dr. Boyd with my older son and we were very happy with the treatment he received. Now my other son and myself are going through treatment and once again the treatment that we get at this office is like no other. The Dr.'s are amazing and the staff every professional.
