Beyond being completely satisfied with my results, my experience with Garrett and Boyd was fantastic. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter had braces a couple of years ago and her teeth have started to shift. We found Dr. Boyd through a referral.... should have found him first! He explained everything that needs to be done to give her the smile she deserves. He talked directly to her and included her in the decision. I believe the staff makes a practice and his staff is awesome from the time you check in till the time you leave!!!

Marion was very professional and was very welcoming. Dr. Boyd was very thorough and kind and they both took time with me to answer the questions I had. I never felt rushed. Every employee we encountered was kind and the office environment was very warm and welcoming. Will definitely be back if indeed my son does need braces next year. I Like the service. Office is very nice. Staff members are very friendly and co-operative. They work around your schedule. I like the hygiene that is of utmost importance. Dr Boyd is excellent. He explains everything before and during the procedure which makes patient more comfortable. Overall, it's an excellent experience.

They are truly the best. You will not find a more experienced orthodontist. Everyone in the office from the front desk ladies, (Shirley and Jasmine) to the office manager (Marion) to the orthodontists themselves, (Dr Garrett and Dr. Boyd) are genuine, knowledgeable and are experts. Both my boys went thru braces with them and their teeth are outstanding and beautiful! Not only that, but they follow up with you even after.... even after my older son got his braces off years ago they still follow up with him and check his retainer to make sure it is still fitting well and the teeth aren’t moving. If you need an orthodontist and you want experts you need to try them. Honestly if you don’t choose them you are doing yourself/your child a dis-service . If you go to them you will understand why I am so happy with them.

We've been worried since very early on that our adopted daughter had major issues because of an obvious underbite. Our dentist referred us to Dr. Garrett. There was no charge for her consultation - or the full head x-rays, and they even did a minor procedure to eliminate the "locking" of her bite, and set a return in 6 months. SO professional, such beautiful offices, and such outstanding employees....and Dr. Garrett - amazing. The charge? Nothing. This is how you build a great reputation! Totally happy and look forward to an on-going relationship. I wish more people realized the importance of treating people like this. Thank you all!

I have been seeing Dr. Garrett and his staff for extensive orthodontic work for the last 2 years. I was referred to Dr. Garrett for significant pain in my left jaw joint resulting in headaches, neck and shoulder pain. It was so bad I couldn't even sleep on my left side. Dr. Garrett explained to me how my bite was causing the issues with my TMJ. He has been doing this a long time and knows his stuff! Before we could start orthodontics he had to make a very large custom splint for my open bite (for which I'm sure holds a Guinness world record of some sort) just to get my jaw stable enough to start treatment. I have since moved on to braces, tooth extractions and soon corrective jaw surgery. Dr. Garrett, Dr. Boyd and the exceptional staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I LOVE them so much that I will be making the 3 hr drive for my appointments with them after I move out of the Houston area in a couple of months. Trust me, it is well worth the drive! I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Boyd and the staff are awesome! Have seen tremendous improvement in my daughter's teeth and smile. Very glad we choose them for our children's orthodontist. Dr. Garrett and Dr. Boyd are great orthodontist! They both always like to look at the patient as an individual and make the treatment to fit the patients needs. There aren't enough stars to rate Dr. Garrett and Boyd. I came to their office in the summer of 2011, feeling completely hopeless. I had already gone through a 6 year round of braces to correct a Class 3 underbite. In the process, however, my teeth were traumatized. I'll spare you the details. But I'll tell you that Dr. Garrett did in 2 years what my orthodontist before him only dreamed of succeeding in my 6 years before. Dr. Garrett and Boyd's team are very personal. They made me feel excited about my transformation. I was directed to an excellent surgeon for jaw surgery who teamed with Dr. Garrett to help fix my bite.Two years later, I'm sitting here without my braces. I'm now confident when I smile, something I was never before. I can never thank them enough or give them praise enough! I'll recommend them to anyone who asks! They care for you, for your transformation. They want to help make you confident with your smile.

What a great office! We went in a few years ago because my son needed Orthodontic treatment and now, not only is he going through treatments but his brother and I are as well. The treament that Dr. Boyd and Dr. Garrett give you as a patient is like no other. They take there time and we never feel rushed and the staff is very professional.

I love my new smile from Dr. Garrett and Dr. Boyd Orthodontics!!!!! I had braces when I was a child and my teeth shifted over the course of years, so I went to Dr. Garrett and Dr. Boyd Orthodontics for a free consultation. Dr. Boyd said that he could treat me with Invisalign. Dr. Boyd is an “Elite Preferred Provider” with Invisalign and is on the teaching staff. That means that he is in the top 2% of Orthodontists that use Invisalign, so why would I get a second opinion. I booked that day and I been extremely happy with my treatment. I now have a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Boyd and Invisalign.
